I Have A Throat Pain For Cough And Cold, What Can I Take ?
Also suffer from cough cold. Taking antibiotics re leaves from pain. but it repeats again after 4 5 days. What would be the cause?

did u self medicate the antibiotics...if so plz don't do it
your cough cold and throat pain can be relived by ayurvedic medicine
. gargles with warm water and salt added to it twice a day for 10 days
. regular steam inhalation for 10 days
. tab sukshma trifala (if available ) 1tab 3times for 10 days
. intake of regular chvyanprash will increse immunity and avoid the same episodes
for other medicines
