very good afternoon sir raj here sir i have a sexual problem like while doing oral sex my sperm come out premature ejaculation and some time my penis does not erect properly but beside that if i do masturbate it happend properly please help me i am very much tense

Hi,Raj,thanks for query.You are getting good erection sometimes and not have this properly the other day.The verdict is clear,you are not having any medical problem,you are having performance anxiety.There is no need to worry,at times when you are not comfortable with any body it is possible that you do not get good erection.
