I Have A Presistent Feeling Of My Left Arm Has

I have a presistent feeling of my left arm has fallen asleep. With my hand and fingers tingling and fat feeling. I take ampolidine for high blood pressure. I have had a few light headed and faint a few times. I have thought that is connected with a nerve type pain in my left neck and shoulder. Is there any of these feelings that might be a connection to a heart problem, I am diabetic, 79, and in fairly good physical condition.
