I Have A Pain In My Hands And It Feels Almost Like A Rubber Band Around My Fingers

my hand goes to sleep at night. pain very intense and it feels almost like a rubber band around my fingers preventing them from opening on their own. also i feel fatigue and it appears when I eat something sweet it get worse. What going on?

This are the sings of nerve irritation.Could be due fluid overload,or some nerve getting compressed,or sometimes vitamin b deficiency.Get your blood pressure,diabetes and general examination done by your doctor.
