I Have A Lump On My Lower Left Rib Cage

I have a lump on my lower left rib cage it is soft, rib cage is slightly higher than right side, can feel it when I breathe it hurts and is hard to breathe, hurts to palpitate. no fever no vomit but high blood glucose though. type one diabetic.

Thanks for query,
it seems that you might have lipoma or costochondritis of the ribs.
It is also possible to have enlarged spleen called splenomegaly.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
