I Have A Lump In The Middle Of My Hand. But It Has No Pain

Hi, I have a lump in the middle of my hand. It's about the size of a pea and is clear. I have no pain from it but I'm worried it could be cancer or a tumor. Can you help?

It is either a cyst or lipoma (very less chances it can turn out to be anything else). Kindly take a surgical consultation.
