I Have A Dark Patch On My Back Between My Shoulder Blades.
i have a dark patch on my back between my shoulder blades for the last many years. the patch is not growing. but a slight depression is there in that part and occasionally mild itching is also there.

If the patch is growing in size, if there are any changes in shape, color, if there is any ulceration on the patch, then you need to be alarmed. These changes could indicate malignancy. But you did not mention any of the above. So, you need a physical examination and probably a photograph of the patch to compare with the next year photograph to look for shape and etc.
