I have a horrible cough with very thick sputum(green in color) and I smell bleach after coughing almost every time. I get chills a lot, and I’m sure I’ve had fevers. Lots of sinus pain and pressure as well. Can hear wheezing and cracking sounds when I cough. Any idea if this could be pneumonia again? I had it a few years ago and it took 6 months for doctors to find it

I have been coughing thick whitish sputum for a month now that is getting better, thinning out, but is still white and somewhat thick in the morning. I started having ongoing pain in my upper front left shoulder today. Yesterday I had one sharp, quick mid chest pain like a sharp object. Should I be worried? I just made 67.
