I have a cavitary PTb,i am chain smoker and had kidney trouble and STD before

Good afternoon doc. i m john,29,55 kgs.i have a kidney trouble before and std but now it s problem today is that i have a cavitary ptb.. . im a change smoker man...wat is your advice to me sir....tnx

Hello.Welcome.You must quit smoking.For the healthy future change your lifestyle.Do regular exercises,especially outdoor activities.take good nutritious and balanced diet along with your regular dose of anti tubercular medicines.Good luck.

Thanks for query,
i think you mean that you are having pulmonary tb with cavitation.
Nothing to worry,Itis completely curable disease.
Take complete course of anti TB medicines for 6-9 months and you will be perfectly alright.
Quit smoking,this is first and foremost thing you have to do.
Take high protein and nourishing diet.
