Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take antihistamines & hydrocortisone ointment. Apply the ointment after a warm bath/wash with plain water. Stay away from irritants or potent allergens. Do not scratch. Boost your immune system with multivitamins, healthy eating, avoidance of oily-spicy food. Stop addictions if any. Avoid unprotected sex & take care of your hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
