I Have PCOS Problem, Can Any Online Doctor Tell Me About My Pelvic Scan Report ?
Hello Doctor I am 27 year old and have been trying to concieve from past one year. 6 months ago I came to know I have bilateral polycystic ovaries .I took ginette 35 as per my doctor s advice for 3 months to regulate my period. After that my period occured delayed by 10 days. Is it normal or do I need to take those tablets for some more time? My pelvic scan report says: 1. uterus is normal in size. 2. Endometrium appears normal. 3.both ovaries appear polycystic. 4.no evidence of free fluid seen in the pelvis 5.no evidence of adnexal mass is seen Please let me know can I become pregnant in future??

yeah u can definately concieve..continue taking those medications..follow your doc advice..over a period of time u will have normal periods

PCOS is a very common condition and it is known to cause Hormonal Imbalance and Irregular Periods leading to infertility and Problem conceiving. Not to worry, kindly have patience as it will take come time for you to conceive. You may want to take your medicines regularly as directed by your doctor and go for regular follow up. if you are overweight you should be reducing your weight by regular exercises and avoiding high calorie foods. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and Green leafy vegetables. Go for regular brisk walks for an hour daily. Once you start following this daily routine, your Periods will become regular which will increase your chances of conceiving.
To increase the chances of conception, have unprotected sex every alternate day starting from 10th to 20th day of your cycle.
