Hi,

Based on the readings you provided, it appears that you have a significant decrease in blood flow to your left leg, which is consistent with peripheral artery disease (PAD). The ankle-brachial index (ABI) is a commonly used diagnostic tool for PAD, and an ABI of less than 0.90 is generally considered abnormal. Your ABI values in the left leg range from 0.58 to 0.33, which is well below the normal range and indicates a severe obstruction in blood flow.

As for converting these ABI values into a percentage, the percentage is calculated by dividing the blood pressure in the ankle by the blood pressure in the arm and multiplying the result by 100. For example, an ABI of 0.58 would be calculated as follows: 0.58 x 100 = 58%. Therefore, your left leg blood flow percentage ranges from 58% to 33% based on the ABI values you provided.

It is important to follow up with your healthcare provider to discuss your test results and determine the best course of treatment for your PAD.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
