I am 32 in age , married in the yaer 2005 having a daughter , use to perform 3 to 4 times in a night at the early day's of my marriage, gradually for unknown reasons my sex drive has fallen and now i have ejacuation on touch , doctors have prescribed me Tadalafil but failed looking forward for restoring my earlier day's , please suggest

do not worry, rather be free from this thought. it always does not means that physical problem but also of mental problem.psychologically ur mind  is set to this and it will be better if u come out of this thought and be what u r.
