I have 4 small pink lumps on the back of my throat. Is there something wrong ?

hi, i have 4 small pink lumps on the back of my throat , it doesnt hurt at all, but had them for about 4 months now, is there something wrong? Also i get tonsil stones at least once a week, they are very uncomfortable and i can t really remove them as i have a bad gag reflex what can i do to stop this?

1. Granular pharyngitis occurs due to chronic inflammation of lymphoid tissue on the posterior pharyngeal wall due to infection, allergy, pollution, reflux, post nasal drip, mouth breathing due to nasal obstruction, smoking and other irritants.

2. Use a medicated mouthwash regularly. Any chronic tonsillitis must be treated with a short course of antibiotics anti-allergics and steroids. Try Betadine gargles, diluted with water and use 30 ml for 30 seconds two to three times a day.

3. Tonsilloliths usually do not need treatment, however, if you consider them troublesome you may undergo laser assisted sealing of the offending crypts or tonsillectomy for a permanent solution.
