I think you should wait for them to reduce in size, the cysts during the pregnancy are common and normal. they usually reduce in size after the delivery, iS it happning to you? Chocolate cysts are to be followed more closely and if there are no prblmes of pain and more bleeding during the periods then it is just fair enough to follow up and nothing else.

You should definitely go for surgery. As they are chocolate cysts and quite big in size, it requirs laparoscopic evaluation of abdomen and removal of cysts. These cysts may interfere with your fertility in future if are not operated for the same.

Hello, I have an epididymis cyst which I only noticed on last Saturday. I have had an ultrasound scan and the doctor said that both testicales are completey normal and that I should not worry. I have read that it can grow to a very big size, is there anything you would recommend to help make sure that it won t grow in size because I feel that it is going to bother me in the future and I really do not want to have surgery or whatever procedure is needed to get rid of it.

I am on bio-identical hormones and my testosterone level has gone from 62 to 247 in the last 8mos. My GYN has finally told me to stop the testosterone for a while. I ve been having abdominal pain and now lower/upper back pain for the past 3mos. Had ultrasound last wk and it came back showing uterus is anteverted, small hypoechoic foci likely respresents fibroids measuring 8mm. As well as a 1.5cm right ovarian cyst containing some internal debris and a 1.3cm simple left ovarian cyst. Can this be a result of the high testosterone? And is this something to be concerned about? And will these go away on their own?
