I think you should wait for them to reduce in size, the cysts during the pregnancy are common and normal. they usually reduce in size after the delivery, iS it happning to you? Chocolate cysts are to be followed more closely and if there are no prblmes of pain and more bleeding during the periods then it is just fair enough to follow up and nothing else.

You should definitely go for surgery. As they are chocolate cysts and quite big in size, it requirs laparoscopic evaluation of abdomen and removal of cysts. These cysts may interfere with your fertility in future if are not operated for the same.

Hello, I have an epididymis cyst which I only noticed on last Saturday. I have had an ultrasound scan and the doctor said that both testicales are completey normal and that I should not worry. I have read that it can grow to a very big size, is there anything you would recommend to help make sure that it won t grow in size because I feel that it is going to bother me in the future and I really do not want to have surgery or whatever procedure is needed to get rid of it.

Hi Doctor,In my ultrasound scan it was detected i have bulky left ovary with size 4.9x3.7cm with multiple cysts. Few blood hemorrages are also found. Now i am advised to use Contraceptive pills everyday for 3 cycles. This will stop me from conceiving. Is this really to worry ? Since my Right ovary is normal should i wait or start with the medication? Need to mention i have regular periods (27-29 days cycle) with normal flow. I haven t gained weight and no unusual symptoms found.

I have a past with ovarian cysts. Not a fun one. I m 16 years old and have had 3 surgeries to remove them. This last one, they didn t remove. I had crippling pain for months. I still have the pain but it s dulling down. yet I can still feel pressure. I have had doctor after doctor tell me it s all in my head so don t try that. I ve been to countless counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, they can t find anything wrong with my mental health. Ovarian cancer is very prevalent in my family history. Should I be concerned?
