Hi,I ve been weight training and wearing a heart rate monitor (made by Polar). I rest about 90seconds in between sets and perform about 8-12 reps. It says my average heart rate is 127 for an hour work-out. My max was apparently 208. I didn t feel dizzy or exhausted or anything like that. I actually felt fine. I am 28 years old and I smoke.

I am a 24 and a half year old white female with 3 children ages 4 and under. My heart rate is normally on the higher side when I am pregnant and that s pretty much the only time I ever check it. But I ve been checking it a lot the past few days and every time it s been between 101-109bpm. Even after just waking up after sleeping. Sometimes I do feel like my heart is racing. Is this something I should get checked out by a doctor?

My husband's heart is beating loudly and seems to be beating irregularly. I took his blood pressure and it was normal. His heart rate was 102bpm. He also has an urge to cough periodically. He's had these episodes happen before and the cough has helped at times. Do we need to be concerned? His father died from heart disease and started having an irregular heart beat when he was 35.
