I Had Sudden Dizziness And Nausea. What Could Be The Reason Of This ?

i am a 37 year old female that has high blood preasure and possible thyroid issues. i just had a sudden onset of nausea and dizziness that lasted for about 2 or 3 minutes but i felt like passing out . what could this be?

In high blood pressure sudden fluctuation in blood pressure levels might cause the dizziness you felt.Excessive high or low levels might be responsible.To avoid such episodes, take your medicine regularly, keep track of your B.P.levels once a week and drink plenty of water.
