What Could Cause Serious Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Vagina After Taking Two Postinor-2 Pills Post Unprotected Intercourse?

I had sex on Thursday with my boyfriend and I was ovulating and the sex was unprotected, after that, I immediately had 2 pills of postinor 2.since that day, I have been experiencing serious pains in my lower abdomen and vagina, and today is Sunday, what does the pain mean?

I don’t think this is a serious problem. It might be that in some women the ovulation might be for 3-5 days. Around this period some uterine contracts might be feeling which are the cause of pain. No worries.
