I had severe pain ahter defecation and last for 6 hours I had severe pain ahter defecation and last for 6 hours . in rectal region . I made sonar and my prostate weight is 37 gm my age is 45

avoid constipation
take plenty water to drink and high roughage diet
take sorbilin 4 tsf at bed time for easy passing of stool

thanks for choosing health care majic.There could be some thing called as fissure means a wound inside rectal region which gives you pain because of stool causes friction on it.This needs treatment and antibiotics for it get cured.Avoid spicy and heavy food,avoid foods that causes constipation,take some light laxative and see a doctor.
