I had lower back cramps for two days. A day

I had lower back cramps for two days. A day later I woke up and had bled through everything (I thought I just started my period). Since then, for less than a week, I have not had but a drop of blood on any tampons. I woke up today with a very sharp pain in my lower right abdomen and now I just feel sick to my stomach. Any idea what this could be?

I had sex (rough and deeper penetration than I m used to) for the first time in two years two weeks ago. 5 days later, I began bleeding heavily and having menstrual cramps more uncomfortable than normal. It s now going on 9 days later and I m still bleeding on and off, but not enough to use a tampon. I still have lower back cramping. I just started birth control and this is my 3rd month, didn t have much of a period the last two months. My regular period per my birth control should have started two days ago. Should I see a doctor?

I am tryin to get pregnant. My ovulation day was October 3 and my period should come on the 17th. I ve had some lower back cramps, dizziness and fatigue. Today when I went to the bathroom there was a little old looking blood on the toilet paper. Could I be pregnant? An if so is it too soon to take a test?
