Hello,

Dialysis may cause:
1. Cannula insertion site infection
2. Hypoglycemia
3. Hypocalemia
4. Electrolyte imbalance
5. Hypothermia etc.

Some times peritoneal infection also may be seen in peritoneal dialysis. I didn't understand about your query that what do you mean by loss of vision. In case of hypotension or hypoglycemia may present like loss of picture of vision temporary.

Please consult with your nephrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
