I Had A Surgery With An Incision And A Few Pins. Now It Is Swollen In That Place
Ten years ago my foot got ran over by a 4 Wheeler. No bones were broken but my tendons and ligaments were torn. I had surgery with an incision and a few pins. The pins were eventually removed and I healed well. Now all of a sudden my foot swelled up and one of my pin holes appears to be bruised. I didn t drop anything on my foot or kick anything. I am a 27 year old man.

from the description it seems you are having some form of infection/cellulitis it is better to consult physician /surgeon for a check up and treatment
Hi,
From your description, you seem to have a pin tract infection. This is an infection of the bone and shouldn't be considered a minor one. Please consult your Orthopaedician as you will require appropriate antibiotics.
Hi,
it seems that there is infection taken place on that part as you have bruise on pin hole.
It might not have any connection with injury occurred before but due to itching or slight injury without your notice might have caused this problem.
Go for antibiotic and anti inflammatory drug course and you will be alright.
