I Had A Salpingectomy January 26 2016 Due To Ectopic.

I had a salpingectomy January 26 2016 due to ectopic. My tube was taken and my ovary was left in place. Its been almost a year now. My cycles went back to normal in March of 2016. I've been noticing quite a bit of cramping on my right side now through my cycle and even well before my cycle. Its pretty painful and this has been going on for a few months now. When is an appropriate time to see a doctor about the cramping? And how unusual is it to have cramping at least 20 or so days prior to period up until.. This has been going on for a while now.. I would love some answers!! Thank you
