Hi,Vimal thanks for query.Just remove fear. The needed diagnostic test for heart problem has been done then why to worry ? Do your routine chores, take adequate sleep and stop worrying. This could be external muscular pain or anxiety. You can try deep breathing exercise and meditation for your anxiety.bye.

hello,

your cardiac status is normal. there are several possibilities. One is that the pain could be coming from the muscles between the ribs known as the intercostals. If this is the case you could be suffering from intercostals myalgia.Another cause of left side chest pain could be pain in the pectoral muscle. you have to rule it out by consulting a orthopedician.it may be simple gastritis also.dont worry, if you are having a heart attack you will probably experience rather different symptoms. Not only is the pain in a different place (the centre of the chest), but it also feels like a more squeezing, heavy feeling rather than a sharp pain. if all these ruled out it can be anxiety ,for that u have to consult psychiatrist.take care

I ve had Fibromyalgia for about 25 years now and am doing so bad it s scary. I ve changed my diet over the years and eat really well, vegetarian, no nightshades, all organics, well balanced. I meditate and do Yoga and started pool therapy but I become a wreck, even when I take it easy. My mind is going. Memory loss and confusion and balance is awful. About 4 years ago I had a fall and got Complex Regional Pain Syndrome to go with it. My chronic sinusitis has become unbearable with roaring in my ears and insane sinusitis. At 58, I m getting scared my mind days are numbered. Sincerely, R. Jane Gagner
