Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Knee Post Injury
I had a knee injury in rugby 7 years ago. Where my left knee, bent inwards. Never went to the doctor as we never had much money back then when i was in school. Till this day i still have a problem with it. Its loose, it acts up every now and then and especially when i am active. Pain and swelling. The pain is localised on the inside of my knee, i did a little reading up and i feel that it is my MCL but not too sure. Any advice?
