diarrhea is not a symptom good enough to say you having fistula. as i said, you need to be examined by a surgeon for the same.

Diarrhoea is because of stomach infection get it treated by a doctor ;also he will examine you to check if you have fistula ;but remember both diarrhoea & fistula do not have any relation with each other.
