I had a cat scan of the lungs and I have the report in my hand. The ct scan says" the posterior aspect of the right upper lobe shows a stellate 1.5 X 1.6 cm density with adjacent 1 to 2 mm nodularities. Fibrotic strands from this lesion are seen extending anteriorly to a smaller area of focal fibrosis. Associated focal bronchiectasis is evident"
