I Had A Bulging Disk In My Back & Knee Started To Pop When I Go Upstairs
I am 23 and in November I had a bulging disk in my back, around early December my knee started to pop when I go upstairs. Now it pops all the time going upstairs and occasionally I have sharp stabbing pains on the outside. I am very active and ride horses and don t want to ignore this if it might be serious.

Most probablt there is a torn AC Ligament in your knee,
Get an MRI done of your knee & send the report at drsssoni@gmail.com to suggest you further line of treatment.
