I Got The Shingles Vaccine On 9/10; Red, Hot Welt

I got the shingles vaccine on 9/10; red, hot welt about the size of the bottom of a soda can at site of injection (upper arm) for approx. 10 days following the shot. For the past 5-6 days, my lips have been red and puffed up, extending into the corners of my mouth, felt some burning/tenderness - as of today, a few blisters have appeared. I do have HSV-1 oral (rarely get cold sores) but these blisters are not like cold sores that I've previously experienced. Could this be related to the shingles vaccine?
