doctor I got pain on my chest left side (Heart ) while sleeping last night ... bt when i sit up on my bed it gone.. bt when i tried to lye down on my bed itz coming again . plz advise me

Thanks for query,
It seems that you might have myalgia,
Take analgesic tab.
If pain doed not subside then go for ECG.
