I Got Hit In The Eye And Now I Am Spitting Out Blood

I got hit in the eye and now I'm spitting out blood . I was playing basketball and got hit across the face hard by a defender s arm. His arm hit my eye, face and lips. I stopped playing immediately and iced my eye and lips. My vision was blurry for the first 15 20 minutes but it did improve over time. I inspected my eye and it s not really red so I thought that I was going to be fine. Hours later, I noticed that I had some mucus so I went to the sink to spit and I was shocked to see thick dark red blood. Also, I was hit in the eye while going up for a shot so I was looking up at the basket. Now, when I look up, I feel pain in the back of my eye and my vision is blurred with some double vision. Another thing that noticed is that when I sniff through my nose hard, vision is blurred in the injured eye as well. Any insight about my eye injury would be greatly appreciated. I don t have insurance so I don t want to go to the doctors if this is something that ll heal over time but I m sure all I m going to hear is, You need to see a doctor.

HELLO,
YOU SHOULD NOT NEGLECT IT.go for your examination of vision and double vision charting,if its blow out fracture whetheR there is any loss of sensation overface, cheek, consult any neuroophthalmologist as double vision may be because of entrapment of any eye muscle detected by CT/MRI AND IT NEEDS SURGERY.

Hi,
This is my first sentence You need to see a doctor !
Dear, eyes are very specious organs in the body, any problem with eyes you should never neglect.
As there is hit in the eye there is hemorrhage in the eye,it is possible that there may be hemorrhage in the eye ball leading to severe complication resulting in blindness.
There is chance of corneal ulcer which is again a threatening condition.
The blood you got while spitting may be from nose, mouth so no appear ant problem but fracture of small bones of nose we should keep in mind.
Without examine you I can tell this much.
O.K. Take care.
