I Got Diagonised With PCOD & After Doing Follicular Studies Its Being 3rd Month I Am On Letrozole But Still I Have Nt Conceived.
Hello Dr, I am 24 yrs old female. I got diagonised with PCOD in the year 2010 ,july .my doctor prescribed me Metformin and Krimson 35 course to follow for next 4 months. after finishing of course she has done scanning n told me that my left ovary has become normal. Then she told me to use letrozole for ovulation , after doing follicular studies she told me that I ovulate on 16 th day, now its being 3rd month im on letrozole bt still I have nt conceived. please help me out Dr !

Well at least 3- cycles are required before you can say letrozole doesnt work.Next step will be hormone injections.But i suggest you take the letrozole for upto 6 cycles.
