I got a lump on my foreskin after a penis injury

Hello Doctor , By accident, the glass bottle of after shave fell off the shelf and bursted, due to which a glass particle pierced the foreskin of my penis from outside and small cut inside. I bled quite a bit, so I had to put my penis is a mug of water. After the blood stopped, I noticed a lump on my foreskin which has softened alot on the second day today but the lump hasnt gone completely till now. I am applying Betadine on the cut outside and also noticed a black patch just above the foreskin which doesnt hurt at all. Please suggest if this is an emergency.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
There is nothing much to worry. The injury must have started to heal and its clotting. If you had injured your glans , then you should consider seeing your doctor.
Please maintain hygiene to avoid infection and abstinence to enhance healing.
Take care
