Hi, I am Sikander and my pennis swells every time after sex or mastrubation with slight pain. Is is normal or is there any malfunction?

it might be due to tight forsekin (paraphimosis) or tight frenulum (fold of skin underneath), since you are having pain the problem needs to be addressed. Consider circumcision after consulting a surgeon which most likely will solve the problem
