hi doc, when i wake up early in the morning I get severe vomiting and severe stomach pains, also whenever i have food i puke, i consulted a physician but i have the same problem what is wrong with me? i m not married and do not have any contacts,

that may be due to the infection in stomach that may have caused due to eating outside food.are you having fever along with if no then you can take sutshekher ras 2tab 3time & shankhvati 2tab 2time for 1wk after meal.avoid heavy food.

It seems that you are having problem with your digestive system,mostly acid peptic disorder.Over night the acid secretion continuous and due to same on empty stomach vomiting occurs.Take light dinner,avoid fried and fermented foods.If you are having addiction to tobacco in any form stop it.Take antacids at bed time.Avoid stress and in the morning with tea/coffee/milk have some light snacks.Exercise regular,avoid late meals,keep couple of hours between dinner and sleep.
