I would like to get a note in order to get a therapy dog. I get anxiety attacks, and have a high stress level as well as a speech impediment ( stuttering ). I need to know who to go to and how to go about doing it

Hi.., the above symptoms are suggestive of anxiety disorder,..
you needed to be counseled, the symptoms are not related to the dog...
consult a Psychiatrist...
