I get a positive test result of TPHA and VDRL test even after treatment, why ?

hi! last year i am positive in tpha test also in vdrl test, then i had treatment for a month after 1 year i got test and the findings both negative... then now i had application to canada i had PPD test and the result of my tpha and vdrl test become now positive.. how long do i wait to become negative or is there a chance to become negative.... do i need to repeat my treatment?

Yes. It's possible you are not fully treated for Syphilis. It is possibly late latent stage of Syphilis but cannot be ascertained unless other tests are performed. You need to consult your Doctor on this and get appropriate treatment.
