I Get A Pain Below My Left Chest Only After Exercise Only

Hello, well I recently started working out about 4 days ago and since then my chest will have pains. Only when after an exercise not during and it's not that severe. It doesn't travel to other parts of my body just like below my left chest or in the center. I think I tore my muscles or something similar to that, well any suggestions would help.

Hi jonathan

you must rule out anginal pain first via ECG and if needed stress ECG testing. if they are normal then it may be musculoskeletal pain for which you can take a combination of muscle relaxant and analgesic and everything will be fine.

best wishes
