I Fell Swollen In The Back Of My Head Close To My Neck. Is My Dizziness Caused From My Head Injury ?

hi my name is maria and I fell and hit the back of my head close to my neck and its swollen on that area, for the past 2 days I have been getting dizzy spells , and nautious, is this serious where i would need to go to the emergency room or can i wait til tomorow to see my doctor ? what can I do ? is my dizziness caused from my head injury?

you have to meet the doctor if you experience severe headache and vomiting otherwise you can wait and take some pain killer which you are not allergic and take rest. dizziness may be caused by the disturbance of your balancing organ present in your ears which gets disturbed when there is fall.
