I Feel The Pain In My Knee Joints When I Run Or When I Climb Steps. How Could I Become Normal ?

Hi doctor, few days back I did sit up exercise vigorously without any warmup exercise. this lead me to a pain in my knee joints. I consulted a doc and he said this is because ligament elasticity and gave me some tablets. still am not back on my foot. I am able to walk normally, but when I run or when I climb steps I feel the pain. how cud I become normal. thanks

Dear Surya Hi
From your symptoms & nature of injury, it is most probably due to Meniscus injury.
Even after rest & rehab. it is not improving, then must go for MRI Knee joint ASAP.

Hi,
probably you have injured your meniscus, Get an MRI of the knee done . MRI is an radiological investigation, which reveals the soft tissue injuries. Send the report of MRI to me at drsssoni@gmail.com
