I Feel The Baby Is Formed In The Lower Abdomen. Is This Possible ?

Hello Doctor , I feel the baby is formed in the lower abdomen and so worried since I am not able to sit or sleep. Feeling uncomfortable. Please suggest.

Are you pregnant? What is the duration? In the final stages it is common due to increased girth.
