I feel that my left and right chest are not equal. Is it true that chest levels are up and down ?

it may be noticed in the athletes that there chest is not equal because of the more usage of one side of the body and mostly it is the right side which is more bigger than the left side as most of them are right handed.

Usually it is not seen. If you are not maintaining the right posture then there could be some variation.
