I feel sick in the morning but i am not pregnant

My 18 year old daughter wakes up in the morning feeling sick to her stomach(,she is not pregnant )it does not matter what time she sleeps until the nausea is still there.The feeling passes after a couple of hours and does not disapate with soft food diet such as crackers please advise

It is the symptoms of gastritis. perhaps some thing wrong about her dinner she is taking. Please give only fresh fruits and vegetables at diner. No late night sleep. No fatty or fried or fast food in diner. advise her to take sufficent water . besides that give any antacid to reduce the acidity condition. thank you
