A lot of people who have High blood pressure also suffer from something called tacchycardia...rapid heartbeat. You may also be suffering from something my father in law does, ANXIETY. If you are very worried, go to the ER or make an appointment with your Primary Care. I am assuming this is not serious or else you wouldn't be on here asking about it. You cannot feel clots forming.
Hi,thanks for query. This could be due to rise in blood pressure or anxiety and stress. In case you are not feeling comfortable you need to visit your doctor and get your self examined for this.please do not ignore.Avoid drinks with caffeine, which can further add to the problem.
wishing you good health.

I am 23 weeks pregnant and I was in the hospital because I was shaking and my heat was pounding a mile a minute. The hospital told me my blood pressure was high and that he said I had a caffeine overdoes. It was very odd considering I had no caffeine for that too occur. As of today, I had a feeling to get my blood pressure checked in a pharmacy and it came out too 155 over 82. I have also been very swollen in my feet. I feel like i am full of fluid already. what should I do?
I'm a 35 year old male with some issues with high blood pressure. A year ago I was borderline pre-diabetic, but I went and lost 10 lbs and the doctor was pretty impressed with the results. However, I've gained about 8 lbs back and my blood pressure was 140/126 about a month ago when I went to the doctor. So, I've been exercising & running regularly to try and improve that, it worked in the past. Lately, I've been feeling slight pressure in the middle of my chest, which is painless and comes and goes. It doesn't effect my breathing at all. A couple of months ago, I was getting weird muscle spasms in the same area whenever I was working out. I went to the doctor, we did a stress test and he found that it was quite normal. I honestly don't remember what he called it, but said the majority of people get these 'spasms' and don't even know it. He said to decrease my caffeine intake. I still drink coffee in the morning, but don't take any other caffeine and I haven't felt those spasms ever since. Could this be worrisome? Are these symptoms of anything? I do my annual physical and blood test at the end of this month. Thanks - Rudy H.
