You are probably suffering from a lot of stress. Do you have a constantly running nose and lot of uncleared throat as well. you coudl be having sinusitis to add to that. Better to relax in work. Do Yoga, Pranayam to ease off stress. Stop smoking, drinking alcohol at all and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables drink plenty of water for good energy levels. Do brisk walking everyday for 40 minutes. This will ease stress and improve circulation to all parts of your body and improve energy levels.
