I feel lightheaded most of the day, but 4 or 5 times a day I get the feeling that I am going to pass out. It only lasts about 2 seconds. I can be sitting or standing. It never happens when I go to stand up from sitting. Also at night when I am laying in bed, I have the sensation that an electric current is running through my body. It will stop for 2 or 3 seconds and then start again. I only have this sensation when I am laying down. I know it sounds very odd. It feels very odd. I have also had headaches the last week or so also. This has all started about 2 weeks ago.

Was told to take Zyrtec, which I am currently taking, but still no relief
