I feel dizziness and my BP is dropping rapidly when i stand

Hi I m 29 years siverley over weight 5 2 everytime I stand up i feel a pressure from the head down it makes me want to pass out I think my blood pressure is dropping rapidley when i stand

from your description it is better you be admitted in hospital and get treatment you need multidiscplinary check up cardiologist neurologist,endocrinologist
all investigations required to diagnose your condition
you are over weight cause to be found and treated
consult doctors and a diagnosis must be reached for proper treatment

thank you for the question. we need definitiely more informations to sort out your problem, like how severe is your over weight? and how frequently you experience, and any time you have lost your consciousness, and have you got your BP checked up recently. you may consult either a neurologist or a physician for further evaluation
