I did a full blood count, what should I do for this ?

I felt tired, sleepy and nausea and numbness in my toes so I did a full blood count it came MCV normal MCH ,MCHC low and HB 10.9 . what should I do for this.

1.dietary sources of iron:green leafy vegetables,beet root,nuts,beans,lentils,all type of red meat
*dieatry sources of vitamin c:helps in the absorption of iron:tomatoes,capsicum,citrus fruits,amalaki,
*avoid:tea,coffee,bran and bran cereals

2.amalaki rasayan 3 gm
mandur bhasma 100 mg
bd with madhu
2)navayasa lauha 2 tab
tapyadi lauha 2tab
given bd
3)lauhasava 10 ml+bhringarajasava 10 ml
bd with equal volume of water after meals

Its looking like you are having iron deficiency anemia.You should start taking iron tablets for this.Moreover increase iron containing fruits and vegetables in your diet like spinach,apples,carrots,oranges ,eggplant etc.
