I Canot Memories For Long Time

my listening skill is being affected and also brain memory(lose memory) my listening skill is being cffrcted and also i am losing my momory .one thing i canot memories for long time i soonly forget

These can be the symptoms of normal aging.
Kindly undergo a check-up with a Neurologist to rule out Alzheimer's or dementia.
I assume that you have no giddiness or hear ringing sounds in your ears.
Do you also experience disorientation in time and place? What is your age? Any history of Head Injury, Alcoholism? Do you have any other symptoms?

You have not mentioned your age..
If you are elderly then possibility of having Alzheimer disease is likely.
It may be due to Cerebro bacillar insufficiency or Atrophic changes taking place in your cerebrum.
Consult Neurophysician and seek his advice.
