I cannot stick out my tongue to brush because the left side will hurt if I do so, and my lower left jaw has been sore and hurts when I yawn. Dentist says teeth and bone OK. I don't have trigeminal neuralgia. Am very worried about this. Blood work is fine. I wear a night guard and have been a periodontal patient for many years. I have been on prolia for going on five years. Do you have any thoughts about what this could be?
